    All of our homes are turnkey. On a new parcel of land, we have electric, sewage (or septic), and city water hook-ups, all the way down to the driveway. There is nothing else needed when it is complete.

    Every home we build is fully turnkey — meaning 100% complete and ready to move into at closing. There is nothing left for you to finish or coordinate after we hand you the keys.
