Below are some of the minimum requirements that all of our homes include that make them 100% complete

To help you get started, Ken Broadwater Homes, LLC provides the following services at no charge:

Interior Four pre-wired telephone jacks Two pre-wired and installed ceiling fans One color flat painted walls, rolled and brushed, not      sprayed One color interior trim $15 per yard Carpet and Vinyl floor allowance Range, Microwave space saver range hood, and dishwasher Ice-maker hook up Double bowl 8" deep stainless steel kitchen sink with sprayer  One piece fiberglass tub shower units Cultured marble vanity tops in all bathrooms Six panel molded doors 3 1/4" Beaded base trim at floor 2 1/4" Colonial casing around all doors and windows Double hung, double insulated, solid vinyl, tilt in  windows,      with screens Quality kitchen cabinets in your choice of finish,      based on an allowance Ceiling mounted light fixtures in every room Vented closet shelves Washer and dryer hook-up		Exterior Two frost-free hose bibs Two weather-proof ground fault receptacles Insulated exterior doors for maximum security      and energy efficiency Premium grade vinyl siding for low maintenance Color coordinated shutters on front of the home Thirty year dimensional roof shingles All disturbed soil to be fine graded and sown in grass Removal of all construction debris from site Gravel driveway and parking area Vapor barrier installed in crawl space for moisture       control High efficiency electric furnace with heat pump       and central air conditioning Structural Parged block foundation Steel girders for maximum strength All framing of walls and floor systems are placed      16" on centers 3/4" Tongue and groove flooring, glued and nailed to      prevent squeaks

Features above and beyond those listed are considered upgrades and Ken Broadwater Homes, LLC is prepared to give estimates for items not listed. All of our floor plans are also fully customizable and may be altered to fit your family's needs.  All of the homes we build at Ken Broadwater Homes, LLC are stick built on your land or ours.
