Ken Broadwater Homes are literally an answer to my prayers! We were very nervous about the whole process because weve never bought or built a home before and were very discouraged when a few builders we talked to, just seemed to want to hurry up and get us in a contract, without us really understanding what was going on. A friend told me to call the Broadwaters, and im so thankful! They were so patient, answered all our questions directly and in terms we can understand, encouraged us to take our time, to make sure exactly what we want in a floor plan, helped us figure out how to get the home we wanted and staying in our budget. You really get the feeling that they are not trying to make a fast buck, but really take pride in providing you with a quality built home. Trustworthy & reliable, i know my home was built right. Its important to them that everything is done the right way. My husband was impressed with the workmanship. All the people that work for them are great! Family oriented. I cant say enough good things about them. I know several people who have had homes built by other builders, and ive heard so many horror stories. I dont have any, I couldnt have asked for a better experience from beginning to end. God bless Ken Broadwater homes!

Just wanted to add a review on behalf of the Broadwater family.When I was having my home built I was stressed and not so sure of how things were done and how we were gonna afford to get what we wanted.Well,"that's when the Broadwater team made us certain to have nothing to worry about and no matter what we would be happy we did it in the end."They were very patient and extremely reliable in so many ways .Fast yet accurate in all areas and we were very pleased in the end.No matter how many times I had changed the planns for the house ,which I had done often.I must say if you are looking for a company that is family oriented and all about the customer and they're needs ,Broadwater Construction is the way to go

I have had a wonderful experience in building my home. Ken and crew were generally courteous and professional. I love their philosophy “First we listen” and also “We make it right”. I have told all of my friends and family and handed out all of the business cards!

It is very hard to find now days a “builder” that can keep the construction schedule on time and Ken Broadwater Homes, LLC did so.

It was a pleasure to work with everyone. The process was really easy from start to finish. The finished kitchen is great and everyone that sees it is really impressed by the change.

Ken and his team did an excellent job on our home. They were great to work with every step of the way, from traslating our ideas to plans, to the finished home. About two months after we moved into our home we has a problem and Ken made sure his subcontractors came out quickly to figure out what was wrong and when they couldn't figure it out he dropped everything he was doing and came out himself and solved it for us. That to me shows what a great Home Builder he is. He also uses top quality lumber and mechanical systems and did extras that most builders charge extra for like drywalling the garage and putting in a garage door opener. We highly recommend Ken and would use him again in a heartbeat.

We exhaustively researched five contractors before selecting Ken Broadwater. We looked at a few of the houses he built which were impressive. His web site was a big encouragement. He and his staff were very patient and helpful to us in selecting a plan, making suggestions, and answering our numerous questions during the whole process. They returned every phone call made to them, however he did allow us to do alot of the communications and selections by e mail which was a big convenience factor for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ken Broadwater Homes for any type of home. He is truly a very capable custom builder and far exceeded our expectations.

Ken worked closely with us to take our ideas into account, he improved those ideas and translated them into blueprints. Ken and his crew, his entire crew, worked diligently to insure that our Lake Anna cabin turned out to be everything we wanted and more. We would have no hesitation what so ever in re-using Ken Broadwater again. And we would highly recommend them for to anyone who is looking for a quality home construction effort in central Virginia.
